- This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.603 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. However, Request for Quotation (RFQ) 09SQ301167 will be issued simultaneously with this announcement to facilitate receipt of electronic quotes. The RFQ will be issued via www.fedbizopps.gov. This RFQ is issued under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), and is 100% small business set aside. The NAICS code is 423830, Industrial Machinery and Equipment Merchant Wholesalers, and the size standard is 100 employees. The Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Region, has a requirement for one (1) air compressor. The 2200CFM, 2300 volt AC motor-driven, two-stage, rotary screw air compressor unit must be equal to a "Sullair Model TS-32S Series" 400HP. This will be shipped to Bureau of Reclamation, Hoover Dam Warehouse, Hwy. 93, Boulder City, NV 89006.. The RFQ contains the following: a description with quantities, mechanical information with requirements, and all applicable clauses and provisions. Quotes are due Friday, May 29, 2009, by 4:00 p.m. local time, and may be submitted electronically, by fax, or by mail to: Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Region, Contracting Office (LC-3131), P.O.
