- RECOVERY ARRA - Grand Haven Pier Repair, Grand Haven, Michigan. The purpose of this project is to perform all required to include all labor, material, equipment and supervision for the repair of approximately fourteen (14) lineal feet of steel sheet pile (SSP) revetment wall. Work consists of pulling eight existing SSP panels and one H-pile, temporary removal and installation of hand railing, concrete removal and placement, clearing of new SSP drive line, SSP installation, stone fill placement, and miscellaneous steel fabrication and installation. NOTE: THIS PROCUREMENT is SET-ASIDE FOR THE 8(A) PROGRAM. THE CONTRACTOR IS CONSTRUCTION CONCEPTS AND DESIGN, INC. NAICS: 237990, ESTIMATED COST RANGE IS BETWEEN $250,000.00 AND $500,000.00.
