- This future opportunity notice is to advise industry that as the result of amarket survey issued in 15 Dec 09, a competitive multiple award procurementfor engineering development, design, procurement, fabrication, configuration,installation, integration, logistics, maintenance, and life cycle supportservicesfor Infrastructure Protection purposes is anticipated. This is a follow-on tocontract number N65236-05-D-7861 and the incumbent is BAE Systems. Pleasenote a SECRET security clearance is required to perform the majority of thework and a small portion of the work will require TOP SECRET SCI securityclearance. The Government estimate for this effort is $249 million. A multipleaward, Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ),performance based, level of effort type contract with a one (1) year baseperiodand four (4) one-year options is anticipated. The applicable NAICS code forthiseffort is 541330 with a size standard of $27 million. It is anticipated that aRFPmay be released in 4th quarter FY09. A draft Statement of Work (SOW) isattached. As draft documents become available, they will be posted. Beadvised these are only DRAFTS and subject to revisions before the RFP isissued. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS.
