- This is a Notice of Intent to Issue a Sole Source Purchase Order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Allied Waste Systems Inc. for landfill waste fees being paid to the operating company of the only local landfill willing to accept the waste and within the commuting area of McAlester Army Ammunition Plant. Any purchase order will be awarded under other than full and open competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request for offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a future competitive procurement (See Numbered Note 22).
