- PR 0021834407 RFP SPMA5-09-R-0703 NSN: 6620-01-195-950, Transmitter, Position, Nozzle, Critical Application item, in accordance with Drawing NR 77445 / 4057374 / Basic/ Amend NR J DTD 98 Nov 18, Approved sources of supply are United Technologies Corporation, Cage Code 77445, P/N 4057374, and Honeywell International Cage Code 96774, P/N 18-1937. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This is an unrestricted procurement, being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1). This item is not commercial off the shelf. This is a solicitation for a proposed firm fixed price, fixed quantity contract for quantity 378 each. FOB destination, Inspection & Acceptance at destination. Requested delivery is 119 days ARO. Progress payments are not authorized for this NSN I/A/W FAR subpart 32.5. Stock delivery location will be 280 each to New Cumberland, PA and 98 each to Tracy, CA. Solicitation may be available for issue on or about June 1, 2009 and close on or about July 1, 2009. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. RFP’s are in portable document format (PDF).
