(2) Plan and Specifications were posted (14 MAY 09) to the National Guard EBS Web Site http://www.nationalguardcontracting.org/ebs/ViewSolicitation.asp?SolicitationNumber=W912L2-09-R-0010&RegisterOption=True&ID= but failed to register on the FedBizOpps site referencing that this occurred. (3) Pre-Proposal Meeting & Site Visit files were posted (14 MAY 09) to the National Guard EBS Web Site: http://www.nationalguardcontracting.org/ebs/ViewSolicitation.asp?SolicitationNumber=W912L2-09-R-0010&RegisterOption=True&ID= but failed to register on the FedBizOpps site referencing that this occurred.
