Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP), Privatized Corrections Contracting (PCC), Washington, D.C. intends to issue solicitation RFQ-TDAT-072-0, for the requirement of community-based outpatient substance abuse treatment services. The facility should be within three miles of the Dismas Charities Residential Re-entry Center, located at 1023 Mestina Street, Corpus Christi, TX 78401 and within two blocks of a direct bus route. The solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one year-base period to begin on October 1, 2009 with four (4) one-year option periods, ending (if all options years are renewed) on September 30, 2014. The solicitation is for a firm fixed price, requirements contract. The government will award to the responsible offeror whose bid, conforming to the solicitation, is considered most advantageous to the government with price and technical requirements considered. Technical requirements will be rated on a pass or fail basis. The services shall be in accordance with the FBOP's Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment (TDAT) Statement of Work dated March 2009. This solicitation will be made available on or about June 3, 2009 and will be posted on the General Services Administration's website for Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizzOpps) at http://www.fedbizzopps.gov. Future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed through FedBizzOpps. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be made available. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the site to ensure they have the most current information about this solicitation. The estimated closing date for the solicitation is on or about July 6, 2009. Payments will be made by electronic funds transfer. The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)52.212-3, require each offeror complete Representations and Certifications via the On-Line Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov.
