- Description
- This construction project consists of reconstructing the Henrys Fork Bridge No. 80082-12.4, on the Mountain View Ranger District of the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest. The project site is located approximately 30 miles south of Mountain View, Wyoming. Project site can be located on the Gilbert Peak NE Quadrangle (Quad) Map, in Summit County, Utah. The work consists of removing and disposing of three culverts; clearing and grubbing within construction limits; constructing a stream diversion dewatering, and sediment control plan; structure excavation; constructing treated timber abutments and wing walls, designing, furnishing, and installing a pre cast, pre stressed concrete voided slab superstructure; placing streambed simulation rock material and riprap; backfill; road template reconstruction; placing base course aggregate; constructing asphalt pavement; waste material disposal; providing and installing construction signs; applying seed mix and mulch; and clean-up. The work shall be in accordance with the FP-03 “Standard Specifications for Construction of Roads and Bridges on Federal Highway Projects” and as shown on the drawings. Site visit is scheduled for June 16, 2009 at 10:00 a.m., interested bidders will meet at the Mountain View RD, Mountain View, WY This solicitation is a HUB ZONE SET-ASIDE with the project magnitude estimate of $100,000 and $ 250,000. This solicitation will be uploaded to this same website on approximately June 02, 2009 and proposals due on July 02, 2009 at 4:30 p.m.
