- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement is being posted in conjunction with the Solicitation #L09PS00538, which is being posted at "www.fedconnect.gov". Vendor must pull off the RFQ with it's clauses/provisions prior to sending a quote. Furnish and deliver the following supplies to the Bureau of Land Management, Butte Field Office, 106 N. Parkmont, Butte, Mt., to include: Line Item 1: 50000 feet Pipe, 1 1/4", High Density PE, Class 160Line Item 2: 2500 feet Pipe, 1 1/4", High Density PE, Class 200Line Item 3: 1000 feet Pipe 1 1/4", High Density PE, Class 267Line Item 4: 5000 feet Pipe, 1 1/2", High Desity PE Class 160Line Item 5: 2800 feet Pipe, 1 1/4", schedule 40 PVCLine Item 6: 4200 feet Pipe, 1 1/4", Schedule 80 PVC All work requirements and specifications are stated in the RFQ which is posted with the Combined Synopsis/solicitation at "www.fedconnect.net". This contract is set aside for Small business. The delivery date will be 6/15/2009. The NAICS Code is 423720, Size Standard: 100 employees. Materials must be domestic. Prospective contractors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award. Information on CCR registration can be obtained via the internet at "http://www.ccr.gov". Vendors shall also complete their Annual Representations and Certifications (ORCA) at "http://orca.bpn.gov". Failure to register at the CCR website will make the offeror ineligible for award. The Solicitation for this requirement is being posted in conjunction with this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation on May 18, 2009 at "www.fedconnect.net". The closing date of the solicitation will be on June 1, 2009. No hard copies of the solicitation will be sent out by this office.
