- SynopsisThis is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number L09PS00549 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-30. This is a total small business set aside under The North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 326122, Small Business Standard size is 500 employees. The Las Cruces District Office is in need of a quotation for the following: 1. PE Pipe, Class 200 PSI, SIDR 7, 1 inc. Dia.2. Ball Valves3. Float Valves4. Air Vents5. Valve Box6. Marking Posts7. 9-Foot Mine Tire Trough8. Metal Trough9. Birdwalks10. 3,000 Gallon Storage Tank*All material shall be in accordance with the specifications and drawings which can be found at http://www.fedconnect.net - Reference Solicitation L09PS00549 and find them under column named Documentation. The following clauses are applicable under this Synopsis/Solicitation: 52.212.1, 52.212.3, 52.212.5. The full text of these commercial item clauses are available at http://www.arnet.gov/far. CCR Requirement Company must be registered on Central Contract Registration (CCR), before an award can be made to them. If company is not registered in CCR, they may do so by going to CCR web site at http://www.ccr.gov.
