- Please review the attached solicitation. The solicitation cointatins the product description. Please quote your prices onto this document. 12 Foot Shear Machine Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. ORCA registration is also required and contractors can register electronically at https://orca.bpn.gov. The NAICS code for this requirement is 333512 with a size standard of 500 employees. This notice of request is a notice of competitive proposals. This request is a 100% small business set aside. Attached in the solicitation is the product description. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. No telephone requests. See Note 22. Authority is 10 USC 2304 (c) (1).
