- This procurement action is for the add-on of 843 NSNs to the Government sourced CLIN (CLIN 0004) of the Tobyhanna Army Depot (TYAD) IPV contract. The NSNs will remain sourced by DLA however, the service of replenishing the bins/storage locations at TYAD is sole-source to the incumbent of the current contract # SPM7LX-09-D-9004. No other contractors are eligible to provide this service to TYAD during the validity of the previously mentioned contract, which expires 12/11/2016. The estimated annual value of this add-on is $540,801.36/yr, and the estimated total contract value of the add-on is $4,326,410.88. This add-on is an unrestricted procurement.
