- Description: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii)The solicitation number is W23BFK91127004 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii)The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-32. (iv)Notice: This requirement is set aside for small businesses. The NAICS code is 423690 with a size standard not to exceed 100 employees. (v)Brand Name Only: CLIN 0001: Fluke TIR1 Thermal Imager, Quantity 4 Each Brand Name Only: CLIN 0002: Fluke TIR1 Rechargeable Battery P/N 2577796, Quantity 5 Each (vi)Detailed specifications can be found on the FLUKE website at the following link: http://us.fluke.com/usen/products/specifications.htm?cs_id=37795(FlukeProducts)&category=THG(FlukeProducts) (vii)FOB: Destination. Place of delivery is Fort Belvoir VA 22060. Delivery is requested 30 days from date of award. (viii)The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. There is no addendum to the provision. (ix)The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items is not applicable. The purchase order will be awarded to offeror representing the technically acceptable proposal with the lowest evaluated price.
