- Description
- The proposed action is for repair of the Programmable Logical Control (PLC) system on the T-10 Hush House located at the Idaho Air National Guard Base in Boise, ID. Performance will be on the base. The T-10 Hush House is a standalone building used to test engines. This system on the Hush House has been down and needs urgent repair, so a 14 day turnaround time after receipt of award is required. The specific PLC system requires data which Vital Link has proprietary data rights. Therefore, the proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source Vital Link, Inc (CAGE Code: 0ZV99) under authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.
