- Open Competition - Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F1STAB9120B001. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 2005-25) dated (22 April 2008). The NAICS is 451211 with a small business size standard of $7,000,000.00 annual revenue. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be followed.
