- RECOVERY -- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR UNDER THE CURRENT GSA AREAWIDE UTILITIES CONTRACT GS-00P-06-BSD-0399, COLORADO SPRINGS UTILITIES. This is not a solicitation. The United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) has a requirement for secure, dependable, renewable solar photovoltaic electrical energy service to USAFA. It is the intent of the Government to award a Delivery Order on the existing GSA Areawide Utilities contract. The delivery order will be firm fixed price.
