- Description
- The United States Army Intelligence and Security Command intend to award a contract on an other than full and open competitive basis for GeoAnalysis Classified ITAR, and GeoAnalysis Maintenance Support. The anticipated award will be made under the Authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1, and FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, to only one responsible source, to BAE Systems National Security Solutions (BAE), Reston, VA. BAE is the sole manufacturer that possesses the ability for manufacturing, distributing, and providing maintenance for this software. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The time period for the receipt of quotes for consideration is 3 days from the date of this posting.
