- Synopsis Solicitation Number AG-04R3-S-09-0006 Response Date: July 2, 2009 Solicitation Issue Date: June 2, 2009 Set-Aside: 100% HUBZone Firms NAICS: 237310 Highway, Street and Bridge Construction, $31.0 million BATTLE CREEK FISH PASSAGE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT This solicitation is for fish passage improvement construction project on the North Fork Ranger District (Ukiah, Oregon) of the Umatilla National Forest. The Battle Creek culvert replacement project is a fish passage improvement project that includes the removal of the existing culvert and the installation of an approximately 19’-0” Span Pipe Arch, 110 feet in length, precast footing and streambed simulation material inside the new structure. Performance of this contract will be completed between July 15th and August 15th (instream work window). An extension to September 1st instream work window has been requested, but at this time has not been approved. Project location: project is located on Forest Road 10; starting from the Junction of Hwy 395 and Hwy 244 near Ukiah continue South on Hwy 395 approximately 12 miles, turn left on Forest Road 55. Continue on Forest Road 55 approximately 0.25 miles, right turn on Forest Road 10. Continue on Forest Road 10, 16.2 miles to Battle Creek, project location. Township 8 South, Range 33 East, Section 20. Estimated Start Work Date is: July 5, 2009
