- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN HOUSTON, TX The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A’ contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 6,900Rentable Square Feet in Houston, TX. The space must yield 6,000 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet. With 23 secured or underground parking All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Security, Fire Safety, and Handicapped Accessibility. Subleases are not acceptable. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: West:Hwy 249/1774 East:Hwy 59 South:Bush International Airport North:Lake Conroe The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and must be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than October 10, 2010. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building’s ownership. In no event shall the Offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning the space to be leased with representatives of any Federal agency other than the General Services Administration (GSA) Contracting Officer or their authorized broker representative, CB Richard Ellis.
