- RECOVERY ACT FAR CLAUSES 2009 shall be made a part of this Modification. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THE ACTION DESCRIBED HEREIN IS A MODIFICATION TO AN EXISTING CONTRACT. AS SUCH, THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR IDENTIFIED BELOW. The Smithsonian Institution has a requirement for standard construction phase services for Phase 3 of its "Smithsonain-Wide Installation of Backflow Preventers and Upgrade Domestic and Fire Pumps" project at its Suitland Collection Center (CRC, MSC-Green House & Garber) located in Suitland, Maryland. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 541310 and the annual size standard is $4,500,000. The estimated price range of this requirement is between $75,000 and $90,000 It is the Smithsonian's intent to issue a Modification to Work Order Contract No. F0436CW10087 with: Architrave p.c., Architects 420 10th Street, S.E. Washington, DC 20003 202-544-1640 It is anticipated that this Modification will be awarded not less than fifteen (15) days after the date of this announcement.
