- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the test program for commercial items found at FAR 13.5, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on both FEDBIZOPPS and NECO (http://www.neco.navy.mil/). The RFQ number is N00244-09-T-0409. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-31 and DFARS Change Notice 20090115. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. S code is 423610 and the Small Business Standard is 100 employees. This is a competitive, unrestricted action. The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing: 0001 - Electrical Pump Cable Assemblies in accordance with NFESC DWG NO. 20090701-Raw Water Cable Assembly - BOM requirements on DWG, 10 each; CLIN 0002 - Electrical Pump Cable Assemblies in accordance with NFESC DWG NO. 20090702-MF Feed Cable Assembly - BOM requirements on DWG, 10 each; CLIN 0003 - Electrical Pump Cable Assemblies in accordance with NFESC DWG NO. 20090703-Distribution Cable Assembly - BOM requirements on DWG, 10 each; CLIN 0004 - Box Mount Sockets and Plugs: P/N GTS02R20-15S, 10 EACH; P/N GTS02R22-28S, 10 EACH; P/N GTS02R24-2S, 10 EACH; GTS02R20-15P, 10 EACH; GTS02R22-28P, 10 ECH; GTS02R24 - 2P, 10 EACH; CLIN 0005 - GASKETS: P/N 10-40450-20, 20 EACH; P/N 10-40450-22, 20 EACH; P/N 10-40450-24, 20 EACH; CLIN 0006 - DUST CAPS: P/N 10-580902-203!, 20 EACH; P/N 10-580902-223, 20 EACH; P/N 10-580902-243, 20 EACH. All items must be built and delivered to Port Hueneme by September 1, 2009. Delivery Location is Port Hueneme, CA. The first cable assembly from each drawing must be shipped to NFESC for inspection and approval.
