- May 11, 2009: It is anticipated that the solicitation package will be posted within the week. A pre-proposal conference and site visit are planned for Thursday, MAY 28, 2009. Interested contractors should meet the Contracting Officer and COR at 9:00 A.M. at the junction of Rock Creek Road (Forest Service Road 102) and Ranch Creek Road (Forest Service Road 4296). This location is approximately 11.5 miles from the intersection of Interstate 90 and Rock Creek Road. Contractors shall bring their own transportation and PPE.
