Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-09-Q-0360 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-32, Defense Circular Number 20090115, Air Force Acquisition Circular 2009-0318. This procurement is being issued as Total Small Business Set Aside under NAICS code 611420. DESCRIPTION: CLIN 0001: A+ Certification Course (IT Tech & A+ Essentials) - 3 EA (Students instructed in both IT Tech & A+ Essentials). CLIN 0002: A+ Examination Voucher (11 exam vouchers for IT Tech & 11 exam vouchers for A+ Essentials) - 22 EA. CLIN 0003: Network+ Certification Examination Voucher - 4 EA. CLIN 0004: Security+ Course - 8 EA (Students Instructed). CLIN 0005: Security+ Certification Examination Voucher - 9 EA. CLIN 0006: CISSP Course - 3 EA (Students Instructed). CLIN 0007: CISSP Certification Examination Voucher - 1 EA. No Government facilities will be available for training. IT Tech and A+ Essentials will be counted as separate courses. All course materials must be provided by the vendor. The vendor shall provide 1 retraining and 1 recertification if exam is failed by the customer. All courses and certifications must be completed by 31 July 2009. All retraining and recertifications must be completed by 31 July 2009. Quotes will be evaluated based on price and technical acceptance.
