- Statement of Work Provide Roof Repair for the National Security Technologies (NSTec) Los Alamos Operations (LAO) East Gate Facility's Carlisle single ply EPDM ballasted roof. The Subcontractor will provide all labor and materials required for this program. Subcontractor will supply MSDS for all items prior to use. Additionally, Subcontractor will remove all used materials, old roofing and walkways, and all other items used for repair and dispose of and/or recycle, at the Subcontractor's expense, in accordance with all federal, state, and local requirements
