- Attachment 6, Past Performance Questionnaire Attachment 5, Latrine Drawing Attachment 4, Drawings Attachment 3, Material Submittals Attachment 2, Specifications Attachment 1, Pricing Schedule Solicitation FA5270-09-R-0008 Maintenance and Repair Water Sewer Systems IDIQ Contract, Project LXEZ 09-2669. Maintenance and Repair of Water Sewer Systems, Various Locations, Okinawa, Japan. The contractor will provide all supervision, materials, equipment, tools, labor, etc., required to perform the work items included in the Schedule to repair existing water and sewer systems or to install new water/sewer systems. Sewer systems include storm drains and trenches. The work includes, but is not limited to: pipe replacement, new valves and valve boxes, asphalt paving, replacement of curbs, gutters, and sidewalks, sodding and hydroseeding, base course and sub base work, and other miscellaneous work as needed. The Government reserves the right to use in-house personnel for emergency and minor repairs. Incidental work related to the construction of new facilities and to the demolishing of facilities may not be included in this contract. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. AWARDS CAN ONLY BE MADE TO FIRMS LICENSED TO OPERATE IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THIS NOTICE IS MODIFIED TO ADD THE SOLICITATION.
