- This sources sought notice is issued for information and planning purposes only. The Government is soliciting information to determine the availability of all small business firms. Interested firms are encouraged to respond to this notice. The requirement is to teach a 4 day course on Fiscal/Appropriation Law CONUS. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 611710 (Educational Support Services) and the Small Business Size Standard is $7.0 million. Interested parties may submit an electronic Statement of Capability for satisfying this requirement to the contact person listed below. This announcement is not a request for competitive proposals. This notice is strictly for market research to assist in identifying potential sources only. Reimbursement will not be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests. All responsible sources shall respond by submitting a written narrative Statement of Capability including detailed course description and other informational literature demonstrating the ability to meet the above requirement. Include business size in relation to the NAICS code of 611710 in your Statement of Capability. No telephone requests will be honored. Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR), accessed via the internet at http://www.ccr.gov. All information provided will become property of the U.S. Army and will not be returned. Responses are due by 19 May 2009 and should include a point of contract, phone number, fax, and e-mail address. Interested parties shall send their Statement of Capability via e-mail to Wendy Wise at wendy.wise@eur.army.mil by the aforementioned date.
