- Description
- Repair, Restoration, Renovation, & Maintenance of Training Lands Solicitation no: W911SF-09-R-0010. The Mission & Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Directorate of Contracting, Fort Benning anticipates awarding a firm fixed price commercial performance based contract for repair, restoration, renovation and maintenance of training lands on Fort Benning, Georgia. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System Code is 238910 (Site Preparation Contractors) and the small business size standard is $14.0 million. This procurement is 100% Small Business set-aside for competitive Certified Hub Zone. The Government anticipates awarding a base and four option years. Solicitation will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures per FAR 13.5. This solicitation and all amendments will be issued via internet only at the Army Single Face to Industry Website (ASFI) at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi and Federal Business Opportunities Website (FedBizOpps) at https://www.fbo.gov on or about May 22, 2009 with an anticipated closing date of June 8, 2009. It is each Offerors responsibility to download the solicitation from the internet website. No paper copies will be provided. Notification of amendments shall be made via the internet; it is therefore the contractors responsibility to check the ASFI and FedBizOpps website daily for any posted changes to this solicitation. Offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov to be eligible for the award. Representations and Certifications must also be on record through ORCA at www.orca.bpn.gov.
