Oliver OFFICE: 804 734 4594 FAX: 804 734 4633 Gordon.w.oliver@conus.army.mil DESCRIPTION SPIRITUAL FITNESS CONCERT FORT LEE MISSION & INSTALLATION CONTRACTING COMMAND, DIRECTORATE OF CONTRACTING LEE, FORT LEE, VA, INTENDS TO SOLICIT AND AWARD A CONTRACT TO A SMALL BUSINESS. The successful offeror/contractor shall provide all musicians and other musical support necessary to provide a variety of religious instructional methods, to include songs, stories, and anecdotal spiritually-based lessons for the Fort Lee/Eustis Commanding Generals Religious Support Activities Initiative in accordance with industry standard practices and the Performance Work Statement. Period of performances are for July 22 & 23 2009, and Sept. 16 & 17, 2009 in the The Government will issue a 100% small business set-aside solicitation. The Solicitation will be issued on or about 22 May 2009. The entire solicitation package will be made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ and the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring the FedBizOpps and ASFI websites for the release of the solicitation package or subsequent solicitation amendments. Requests for copies of the solicitation package by any other means will not be honored. Contract award will be made based on submitted Request for Quote (RFQ). This Solicitation does not obligate the Government to award a contract nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any bid/proposal preparation costs. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 711130 with a size standard of $7,000,000.00. Any interested qualified and reasonable small business offeror that feels they can satisfy this requirement must identify their interest, experience, and capability to satisfy the requirement no later than 12:00 noon, Tuesday, 12 June 2009. Pursuant to FAR 4.1102(a), prospective contractors shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award of a contract.
