- The attached solicitation and associated documents are for Close Abandoned Water Wells project are being presented to all prospective offerors within the Republic of Turkey who are interested in submitting proposals. Work is to be completed IAW project specifications and drawings, to include, but not limited to, furnishing all labor, materials, tools, expertise, testing, surveying, equipment, reports, samples, warranties, and transportation necessary to complete the project.
