- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Subpart 12.6 Streamline Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items and Subpart 13.5 Test Program For Certain Commercial Items of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the request for quote for the required items under solicitation number N00189-09-T-0316. A subsequent solicitation document will not be issued. The proposed contract action is for commercial supplies for which the government intents to negotiate with only one source: J. Henry Holland Corporation, 5931-33 Thurston Avenue, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23455, (757) 460-3300. FISC Norfolk intends to purchase the following items: 6 Kits P/N: JJH17737-1WNCombat Tow Kit for RAB and RPB Boat 6 EachP/N: 41020043/32" Zinc Plated Oval Sleeve 3 EachP/N: 110226064-CGMP Sweging Tool Freight Charges if applicable This requirement will be unrestricted. Other interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote. Contractors shall submit their quote to FISC Norfolk no later than 21 May 2009 (4:30 pm Eastern Standard Time).
