- Contractor to provide all labor and materials to complete Project 568-09-201 HVAC Corrections Bldg 3 and 6 at the VA Black Hills Health Care System, Hot Springs, SD. Construction work will consist of installing an air handling system to provide heating and cooling and will replace the existing air handling systems in Building 3 and 6. Construction estimate is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. This procurement is set aside for small veteran owned small businesses. Applicable NAICS code is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. Plans and specifications will be available approximately May 11, 2009. Requests for bidding documents must be in writing and addressed to the attention of the Contracting Officer. A $100.00 refundable deposit is required for the plans and specifications. Checks or money orders are to be made out to the attention of the "Agent Cashier" but forwarded to the attention of the Contracting Officer, (Log-Con-HS), 500 North 5th Street, Hot Springs, SD 57747. Receipt of offers is due by close of business, 4:30pm Mountain Standard Time, June 16, 2009.
