- DRAFT SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT FOR COMMUNITY BASED DIALYSIS SERVICES The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has a draft solicitation available for industry review, VA-791-09-RP-0007. To request an electronic copy of the draft solicitation please contact Gabrielle Harris or Joy Bartlett via e-mail to nonvadialysis@va.gov. This is a DRAFT solicitation, nothing is finalized and everything is subject to change, therefore potential Offerors must ensure they read and understand the actual solicitation upon release, and do not base their offers the draft solicitation. The purpose of the Draft Solicitation release is to allow for industry review to provide feedback in the form of recommendations and/or questions. Potential Offerors are advised to pay special attention to the Pricing Schedule in Section A.4, the Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Item in Section E.1, Evaluation-Healthcare Resources in Section E.10, the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan, Services Summary in Attachment 1. Offerors should submit all questions and suggestions regarding this DRAFT solicitation to the Contracting office in writing on or before May 26, 2009. Questions may be sent via e-mail to nonvadialysis@va.gov. Telephonic (verbal) questions will not be addressed. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR OFFERS
