This BAA is primarily concerned with advanced development projects for technologies and infrastructure that will support development, validation, integration, and transition of computational models and model-based tools that will enhance current capabilities of the U.S. Government and military to operate more effectively in the social, cultural, and behavioral domains. Multiple awards are anticipated for projects funded under this BAA.
