- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) webpage located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) website located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopses and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. Applicable NAICS code is 334220, 750 employee size standard. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division intends to procure the following items on a manufacturer sole source basis from Racal Acoustics. The items consist of: Item number 1) RA3185/1157, Cobra headset with Dynamic Mic (Qty 60); Item number 2) RA3700/1014, In Line Single Pressel with Racal Snatch Connector (Qty 60); and Item number 3) 565000/24, Cobra Headset without connector (Qty 30). Pricing should be FOB Destination to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, 6220 Tisdale Road, Suite 159, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Please include warranty terms for items quoted. The order shall be a firm fixed price purchase order. Award shall be made under Simplified Procedures (FAR Part 13) by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, 17632 Dahlgren Road, Suite 157, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5110.
