- THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE; THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT’S INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE ONE YEAR SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE RENEWAL TO SYCLO. The Government intends to award a purchase order for the period of July 1, 2009 thru June 30,2010 to the incumbent contractor (Syclo), on a sole source basis pursuant to FAR PART 6.302-1(a) (2), only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy the agency’s requirements. Syclo, Inc is the sole developer and licensor of the software sold as Smart Inventory Manager for Maximo. In addition, Syclo is the sole provider of support services for this product including technical support, upgrades, and maintenance. The estimated cost of the software renewal is $51,450.00.
