- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. The Phoenix VA Health Care System is performing market research to determine if there is sufficient numbers of qualified Teleradiology contractors to set aside with a priority on competitive (1) Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business; (2) Veteran Owned Small Business; or (3) 8(a) Set Aside. This requirement is looking for 100% of the providers to be employees of the prime contractor. The Government will use responses to this notice to make the appropriate acquisition decision. NAICS Code 621512 is proposed for this acquisition. Preliminary statement of work is to provide all labor, supervision, tools and materials to provide off-site teleradiology services, which include but are not limited to CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, and X-Ray. These services are to be provided to the Phoenix VA Health Care System and the West Texas VA Health Care System. Interested and qualified sources that fall into the above mentioned categories are invited to submit their Capability Statements, no later than the date stated in this announcement. All prospective contractors are required to have an active registration in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and FAR Part 4.12, prospective contractors must complete electronic on line annual representations and certifications (ORCA) databases prior to award of a contract. Both can be accessed at the Business Partner Network (BPN) website at http://www.bpn.gov/. Submit your capability statements to the Contracting Officer shown below no later than 2:00 p.m. (Local Time), Friday, May 29, 2009. AGAIN, THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL.
