- Description
- The USDA Farm Service Agency currently occupies 7,136 square feet of office space, 10,041 square feet of wareyard space, and 3,020 square feet of warehouse space in Townsend, MT. The Government intends on exercising a five year renewal option at this location. The Government will consider alternate locations if economically advantageous to the Government and if all space requirements can be met. Factors used in the evaluation include the physical move, move coordination, replication of build out and telecommunications infrastructure, etc. The impact on the agency’s mission will also be assessed. Any offered property must be located within the Townsend City Limits. The lease term will be for five years with full termination rights at any time. Expressions of interest shall be submitted by 3:00 pm on May 20, 2009. They shall include the building name and address, a description of the offered space, rentable square feet offered and rate per rentable square foot (specifying services and utilities included), ANSI/BOMA Usable Square Feet and the Common Area Factor, and Contact Information for Owner or Authorized Agent. This is not a solicitation for offers, nor a request for proposals. The Government will not pay for any costs incurred as a result of this advertisement.
