- Solicitation AG-6395-S-09-0036 is cancelled due to the requirement to lease a fixed wing aircraft is no longer needed. The Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Wildlife Services (WS), anticipates soliciting for proposals for a lease of a fixed wing aircraft to support predator control activities in South Dakota. The anticipated award will be a firm fixed priced contract. The solicitation, #AG-6395-S-08-0036 is to be affixed to all documents submitted in reference to this requirement. Telephone requests will not be accepted. Paper copies of the RFP and/or amendments will not be issued. The solicitation and the specifications will be made available electronically at this website only. All changes to the pre-solicitation notice, solicitation and any attachments will be posted to this website at: www.FedBizOpps.gov. NOTIFICATIONS WILL NOT BE SENT TO OFFEROR REGARDING THE ISSUANCE OF THE SOLICITATION NOR ANY OF ITS AMENDMENTS. IT IS THE OFFERORS RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THIS WEB SITE PERDIOCIALLY FOR UPDATES.
