- Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required for Gravel Road Drainage & Paving Rittichier Road & Unnamed Road, USCG TRACEN Cape May, NJ. Major work items include but are not limited to: Construction of approximately 760 lineal feet of roadway, construction of an 11 space parking area, construction of approximately 270 lineal feet of storm sewer, installation of 9 street light poles and fixtures, mobilization and demobilization. This procurement is estimated between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS is 237310/$33.5M. Completion time is 120 DANTP. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered by the agency. NO TELEPHONE OR WRITTEN REQUESTS FOR SOLICITATIONS OR POSTING STATUS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Tentative date for posting the solicitation is 06/12/2009 with an estimated date for bid opening of 07/12/2009. The exact time set for the opening of bids will be established upon issuance of the Invitation for Bid. Interested parties are encouraged to register at the FBO website to be notified when information on this project is uploaded. When available, all relevant solicitation documents, including specifications and drawings will be available for download exclusively from the Internet by accessing the government-wide Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website at https://fbo.gov. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will be posted solely on this website. NOTE: The Coast Guard distributes the Technical Data Package (TDP) portion of the solicitation through the Federal Business Opportunities website. In order to obtain the TDP portion of the solicitation, the contractor will be required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database and have a Marketing Partner Identification Number (MPIN).
