- FA8538-09-R-20372 Synopsis The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with other than full and open competition. This acquisition is restricted to the following sources: Transicoil Corporation DBA Transicoil (Cage: 82686) and Honeywell Intl Inc (Cage: 07187). This acquisition is to procure Control, Mode Select spares, NSN 5826-01-398-0040LG, for the C-130 Aircrafts for a four year period (Basic with 3 Option Years), Firm-Fixed Price.
