- USDA-Natural Resources Conservation Service is announcing a project under the Emergency Watershed Protection Program for Fannin County, Texas, Part I. The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required for site preparation; installing headwalls and/or installing rock chutes in road ditches. The work must be completed in accordance with the specifications and drawings. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted o/a May 30, 2009.
