- USDA-Natural Resources Conservation Service is announcing a project under the Emergency Watershed Protection Program for Fannin County, Texas, Part II. The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required for site preparation; placing of sand cement bags along stream banks and/or installing rock chutes in road ditches. The work must be completed in accordance with the specifications and drawings. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted o/a May 30, 2009. Range: $250,000 to $500,000 Site Showing scheduled for June 8, 2009 at 1:00 pm at Fannin County Courthouse Annex, 210 S Main Street, Bonham, TX.
