- ***ESTIMATED ISSUE Date Electronically in FedBizOpps is May 26, 2009 **** This project is to secure services to recruit and place large wood or spawning gravel in stream structures. The work includes line-pulling standing live trees, falling hazard trees/snags, and/or cable yarding downed wood into in-stream structures or landings, and providing traffic control as necessary at various locations within the Willamette and Umpqua National Forests and the Salem and Eugene Bureau of Land Management Districts. The Contractor may also be required to place spawning gravel in-stream or configure wood in-stream structures with a cable system. The Contractor shall furnish all technical expertise, labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals necessary to complete the work required. This project will be an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quality (IDIQ) for the services specified. Contract performance time will be identified on individual task orders. The Government intends to award up to two Contracts resulting from this solicitation. This solicitation will be a Total Small Business Set Aside.
