- ***added 15 May 2009 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide more answers to questions and to correct an item description. CLIN 0004 should read ADCDH2506CN as the part number. Questions and answers are as follows: Question: Could you tell me which room the existing DVR system is located. This is were we would have to pull cable to connect the cameras. Answer: The existing DVR is being repaired so it is currently not in the facility. It is housed in room 104. Question: Is the ceiling a drop tile or hard surface? Answer: The ceiling in the hallway is a drop down tile ceiling.
