- Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to replace roofing on facilities, at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. The resultant contract will be a IDIQ contract with a base period and two option periods. This will be a HUBZone set aside under NAICS 238160 with a corresponding small business size standard of $14Million. This procurement will be solicited in accordance with Sealed Bidding procedures of FAR Part 14. The IFB will be available electronically at http://www.fedbizopps.gov on or about June 1, 2009 and will be due on July 7, 2009 1 PM CST (see solicitation for verification). A site visit is set up for June 15, 2009 1PM (see solicitation for verification). The magnitude of this project is more than $10 Million.
