The following clarifications are made: Quantities are : Estimated Annual Demand 108 each Maximum ANNUAL quantity is 216 each FOB Destination/ Inspection Acceptance Destination Delivery is corrected to read 196 DARO SURGE requirements apply. MWR = 14 A surge plan summary from the IBMS website is required with offer. A subcontracting plan is required with offer. Cost or pricing data is required with offer. Progress Payments clause is included in the solicitation.
