- RECOVERY ACT. THIS PROCUREMENT IS A 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) FIRMS. The VA Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System anticipates the award of a firm-fixed-price contract for Project No. 520-08-112, Replace Elevators Bldg 2 & 17, Biloxi, MS. The cost range for this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. The solicitation will be issued on or about 1 June 2009. All information for this solicitation will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website at www.fedbizopps.gov. No hardcopies will be available. Performance period is 180 calendar days. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238290 and the size standard is $14.0M.
