- Contractor to provide all labor and materials to complete Recovery Project 568-09-208, Replace Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning System, Building 4 at the VA Black Hills Health Care System, Hot Springs, SD 57747. Construction work includes, but is not limited to general construction, alterations, mechanical and electrical work needed for the replacement of the existing air handling unit serving Buildings 4 as indicated on contract drawings and specifications. Estimated construction range is between $500,000.00 abd $1,000,000.00. This procurement is set aside for veteran owned small businesses with applicable NAICS code of 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. Plans and specifications will be available approximately May 21, 2009. Requests for bidding doceuments must be in writing and addressed to the attention of the Contracting Officer. A $100.00 refundable deposit is required for the plans and specifications. Checks or money orders are to be made out to the attention of the "Agent Cashier" but forwarded to the attention of the Contracting Officer, (Log-Con-HS), 500 North 5th Street, Hot Springs, SD 57747. Bid opening is set for June 22, 2009 at 3:00pm.
