Description
RECOVERY This notice is provided for informational purposes only. This is not a solicitation for offers. This project is funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. This opportunity (Solicitation Identification: R10-P01) is available as a competitive task order issued in accordance with the terms and conditions the GSA ‘Commissioning and Expert Professional Services Nationwide Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contracts (Multiple Award)'. These services are estimated to be less than $100,000.00. A listing of the firms is provided below for informational purposes. The estimated award date is June 18, 2009. The FSC Code is B513, NAICS Code is 541620, and the size standard is $7.0M. The estimated amount of this task order is between $50,000 and $75,000. This activity is to provide a retro-commissioning study of the Federal Building US Post Office and US Courthouse located at 825 Jadwin Avenue, Richland Washington, 99352. The Retro-Commissioning study is necessary to support the energy conservation and sustainability measures to be implemented as part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. The Retro-Commissioning study is focused on building systems which affect energy use and indoor environment. This includes infiltration of the building envelope and heat loss. The study will not include smoke, fire detection, fire protection equipment, elevators, or plug load equipment such as computers, copiers, et cetera.
