- Due to a system outage, Amendment 0007 to subject solicitation cannot be processed until May 18, 2009. This amendment will incorporate a Revised Matrix for the types of projects which has been revised by creating three (3) categories with different dollar limits and reflects the number of projects estimated for those Regions. The closing date for receipt of proposals will remain on Thursday, May 21, 2009 at 10:00 a.m., local time (MDT). On May 18, 2009, an Official Amendment 0007 will be posted to this website with the actual Revised Matrices. For planning purposes, below are the new categories and the estimated types of projects for the Regions listed.
